"Went to get my oil changed since the last time I was there for an alignment they did a great job. So the sign reads $89.00 for Oil Change using synthetic oil up to 6 quarts. My 4Runner uses 6 quarts of that. So after waiting 45 minutes for an oil change, I go to check out and my bill was $129.00. When I asked why, she said my 4Runner uses special oil and said they had to charge $17.00 a quart. It does not cost $17.00 a quart. Then they wanted to change my in cabin air filter which I buy on line for $6, they said it will cost $97.00 for that. When I told the service specialist that, she seemed to be mad at me and have an attitude so I will never go back there again and don’t recommend anyone to as well."
