The co-ed residence hall complex offers suite-style accommodations with single and double occupancy options. Built in 2016, The Commons is situated conveniently across from the University of North Georgia Dining Hall and adjacent to the Walker Drive residential parking deck. The Commons consists of two buildings. Building 1 houses up to 187 students in single-gender suites, while Building 2 accommodates up to 351 students. Each floor features free laundry facilities, lounge areas, and snack rooms or kitchens. The fully furnished suites include twin beds with XL twin mattresses, desks, chairs, chests, and closets without doors for flexible storage.
