They gave me a quote within a few hours and were able to work with us on the schedule, even when there was a last minute change needed. The crew was prompt and courteous. "I am so thankful that I transported my Father with Coast to Coast. My Father needed to be urgently moved from a hospital in GA to FL to me over the Christmas Holiday weekend. Even though it was Christmas Eve /Day AND her weekend off, I received prompt personal attention and communication from April, the transport scheduler. She was not only efficient, but kind, a rare quality these days. Thanks to her and her Supervisor, my Father was safely transported the day after Christmas. As far as the 10 HOUR transport drive, Paramedic Shannon was skilled, kind, experienced, and wonderful company to my Father, who is very debilitated. Shannon made sure he kept him calm and comfortable for the duration of the trip. Thanks of course to the driver , who was very professional, (don't remember his name) and for keeping all safe. "We have NEVER been treated as good as we were by this company. From the office personnel to the drivers that transported us. My husband is bed bound but wanted so much to be able to go to his sister's funeral (150 miles away). This company sent their medical transport RV for us and we traveled in complete comfort and style. There was room for both our daughter and me to join my husband. The drivers treated us like family and even took the time to meet and talk with our family, at the funeral. We had family members hugging them goodbye and commenting, to us, how wonderful these people are and how glad they were to meet them. They were a blessing to us. Whether you need a short transport or a long distance one...a standard ambulance or an RV (we have had occasion to use both now) I cannot recommend this company highly enough. You will be in the best of hands, I have no doubt! They go above and beyond to ensure your comfort and safety."
