"Have been a long time customer. My car broke down two weeks ago. I had it towed to their shop for repair. It was a Friday afternoon so I didn’t expect a fix before the weekend but a call sometime Monday would have been nice. I called on Tuesday and they still hadn’t gotten to it. Called again on Thursday (almost a week later) and was told they were behind about a month on appointments and they might get to it the middle of next week. Seriously? Couldn’t you have told me that when I called and asked if you could look at it BEFORE I towed it there? I have always trusted and valued their service and recommendations, but the customer service lacked this time. When I told them I was going to get it towed somewhere else they didn’t seem to even care. I work in business I understand things get tough sometimes but communication makes a difference in obtaining returning customers. Very disappointed, they won’t be my first choice in the future."
