"I really like living here, been here two years as of May 1, '21. The bedrooms are spacious and I love the walk-in closet and walk-in shower. I live on the 3rd floor and it was a real inconvenience and very painful going up and down the stairs when the elevator wasn't working. We've had trouble keeping an office manager on site. We have one now, hope she stays. They also just hired a maintenance man. Hope he stays. My rent is increasing from $640/mo to 893 February 1st! All tenants are 55+ Many of us have to move."
