"So glad we chose Children’s Care Pediatrics. They were able to get us into the office for a same day problem within a couple of hours of calling. We were in and out of the office in less than 30 minutes which can rarely be said about any doctors office. The staff was polite and courteous. The doctors were amazing with my toddler and their bed side manner was second to none. Highly recommend this practice."

"Highly recommend them to anyone! Our family has been going here since 2016 when my daughter was born, she’s now 8 and I also have a 1 1/2 year old boy now who goes here as well. We moved 3 years ago which made it a much longer drive ( about 40 minutes ) but I would drive double that just to take my babies here!! All the doctors are wonderful but of course we have our faves Dr. Norris & Dr. Avery. They are the absolute sweetest and really listen and care for the needs of my babies. 20/10 love them!"

"PLEASE PLEASE DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION. If you have other option just go there. This Location is the last place you want to come. They do not value your time. They are body language and behavior are so Rude. They don’t care about your appointment time. They are more focused on their daily life chat over patient. I was there Over 2.5 hours waiting while there was no other Patient and all I Hard was they were talking about their dates and dinner. After waiting over 2.5 hours I asked what’s going on with my appointment time and they just said, oh ok what time is your appointment my respond was 2.5 hour ago and they said we will be with you in 15 min and they continue with there chat. Waited another 45 min before someone came and said just few more minutes. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME TO THIS LOCATION WHATS SO EVER!"

"Absolutely love this doctors office! Anytime I have any questions of concerns they are always just a phone call away and always so helpful. As a new mom you have questions about everything lol. I would 100% recommend them to anyone that’s a new mom or a mom in general."

"My children have been coming here since 2017 and I love their Dr. Jessica Norris. She is so sweet, kind, and a great listener. I also will give credit to the other Doctors and PA that is there whom we get to see when their doctor isn't available and we have always received great care. Like some have stated, if you're 15 min late, you will have to reschedule and honestly I understand it. I too have had to reschedule but I get it when you have a busy day. Just know this office will listen to you and anything you ask of them to check with your child, they are willing."
