"Don't get me wrong, everything about the 35th anniversary Batman 1989 concert was 5 star worthy except one thing, the seats! The building was great(clean, modern, great acoustics), the performance was top notch, the staff were all perfectly friendly, but oh my Good Lord, the seats were a nightmare! I'm sorry but everything good about the experience was overshadowed by how awful the seats were. We were crammed in like sardines. I was beyond uncomfortable before my seat neighbor even showed up. This was a 2 hour plus performance and I was ready to go 5 minutes in. We would have left at the intermission but at $240 for two tickets we really wanted to stick it out. We were sitting dead center but 5 rows from the back. I think we greatly overpaid for a great show due to the greed of cramming in as many paying people as possible. I think everyone we were around was there for the first time too, and just about everyone was complaining about the seating. I would not go back until they remodeled."

"Excellent venue for live performances. We saw the Atlanta Ballet's rendition of the Nutcracker. The interactive visual effects were fantastic and were integrated into the ballet's performance. The free self photo booth was a pleasant pre show experience also. Parking was secured directly across the street from the performing arts center for $10, which was so convenient. Great venue for a family outing."

"Great venue with awesome entrance from 75 South to the center. The Ushers were very nice and helpful with their directions in the auditorium area with seating. I highly recommend using your phone app for your tickets instead of will call. The lines are long but moves quickly using your phone app. There is also ample security at the center. This was our third experience at this facility and it is always top shelf service."

"Getting in and parking was a major undertaking, but the security line was comparatively short. The venue itself is good, with great sound and decent viewing even from the nosebleed seats we had. Staff was super fun and friendly and relaxed."

"Every time I attend this venue I am thoroughly impressed with the space and atmosphere. Today I attended a public school banquet. The food was very good, normal baked chicken mashed potatoes with some greenery, salad and dessert, three choices of different desserts. Sweet tart, gingerbread cake, and pudding. The servers were very fluid very quick and efficient. The meal was tasty it wasn't dry or distasteful. I only had water on my table but I saw sweet tea and tea sitting in bulk on trays, so I guess I would have had to ask for that wish I did not prefer that was interesting. The space that we were in for the banquet was not the overall large performance space however it was a banquet area and it was very nice and spacious and just enough for the celebration that I attended. The space the bathrooms and all other Ambiance was actually quite eye-catching and very clean. At the really enjoyed myself here as always and will definitely will return for future events."
