"Horrible experience at this establishment. The female cashier refused to cash my check because she wanted to see if I cashed it by mobile first. Which was absolutely ridiculous. If I cashed it by mobile why the hell would I need you all ??? Then the “boss” she spoke with says the same thing. While cashing another Latino man’s check who had already signed his check prior to coming into establishment . So first I was racially profiled, and treated as though I was lying. WILL NEVER USE THIS CHECK CASHING PLACE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THAT WHOEVER READS THIS DOESN'T EITHER!!"

"Absolutely rude! Would not let me speak to a supervisor or any type of management. Would not give me any contact info for management. I have had an account with them for years. Always had good legal non bouncing checks. Absolutely no problem. I go in today and one the girls barley speak English. Two are very very rude and uncooperative. I was trying to cash a check from the United States Treasury!!!! How in the world could I make a fake check from them?!?! I had a ID on file, I had a valid ID up to date in hand and a good valid check from the government!!!! And they looked at me and told me that they were unable to cash it. I drove out of my way to go there because I knew they normally do a great job and they treat me like a criminal. I am absolutely beyond upset and feel very very disrespected. I've never seen these girls before but they need to have better customers service. They would not explain to me why my check wasn't good for them. They refused to speak to me. They even faked being on the phone with management. I'm definitely not ever going back there. They lost me a as a customer!!!!!"

"Went in today at 8:05 mind you they open at 8am to get a money order. I walk to one door it was lock so I walked around to the other door and it was lock. Another customer who was in side let me in mumbled something and walked out. I thought no one was there. I was like Hellooo? IS SOMEONE HERE? A Spanish lady says something rude I could not here. So I walked up to the counter and said “what did you say? “ I said it you would have just walked through the line you would have seen me very rudely. I told her the she was rude and continued with my business. I asked for a money order. She the asked me for my phone number. So I gave it to her. She takes her sweet time looking into the system for WHAT? I don’t know. Then I asked her is this the process for purchasing a money order? She says yes. I know better, she’s upset because I said that she was rude. She she continues to “act” like she’s look at in for about 6 minutes. I then grabbed my phone and recorded her. She says her name is Linda but she was Spanish, she was upset at me recording her and call her manager on the phone and told me she could not serve me because I was recording her. I see why you guys have so many bad reviews. I can get money orders anywhere it that young lady with that attitude will always be worth the $8.50 that you guys are paying her."

"Took over an hour to cash a simple payroll check. It was 9pm and sadly I didn't make it to my bank after getting held up at work. I only waited in line about ten minutes, I took my check to one lady she said she didn't know if they could cash it. I asked why. She had no response and took it to another lady. They tried to call the payroll company its issued from and I had to REMIND them it's 9pm on a Friday night, they're not open? Then after about 15 of backroom talking they came out and told they could cash it. Okay good. Then I need to fill out about six pages of new customer paperwork, show two forms of ID and they even have to confirm my phone number by calling it and seeing their number come up. Really? Is fraud SO COMMON in your establishment that you have to make everyone jump through these hurdles? I got it cashed, but next time, I'll just wait to go to the bank. PS: they close down their western union service whenever they feel like it. Several times a day they'll be "closed" and turn people away. My mom uses them for western union, but not after they kept telling her to "come back in an hour" Just do your western unions at Kroger. It's a lot cheaper"
