"This was my first time ever being in a pawn shop or something I came in today trying to sell something I no longer needed I didn’t need the money so I was willing to take w.e I have a pair of shoes that retail for at least $500 limited addition nikes she didn’t even bother to look at the shoes again I don’t need the money so I didn’t say anything but the hospitality or w.e u wanna call it is awful never been to establishment where the customers appearance wasn’t acknowledged I don’t know if she likes her job or not so it’s well know she’s need the money but doesn’t wanna work for it.. IF U DONT LIKE YOUR 9-5 nobody picked it but you"

"A Short chubby fair skinned hair braided angry lady with no neck a manager i think Starring at her phone leaning on the counter disinterested yelled as i walked in " No dogs in my store , then said i only playing" Telling me while im holding 3 month old puppy in Hand . "She doesn't like dogs " combative yelling at me talking She doesn't want her customers to hear vulgar lyrics in music when I'm the only customer in the store and she asked me to play on my bluetooth speaker. She was yelling at me like I worked for her or was her child. When I reminded her that I'm the customer another one of her employees said well "you need the money" I took my stuff and left"

"I called to inquire about the ring inventory I was looking for wedding bands and amethyst. I live kinda far away but I was looking for specific rings to purchase and was hoping to describe what I was looking for. I talked to a lady named kim and she said she couldn't tell us what she had in stock she was busy and we had to come up there, and then she proceed to hang up on me, very rude staff."

"This location has terrible customer service. The short older ladies in there is just very rude and the way they talk to the customers is not called for. This is by far the worst location. The short white lady with the missing hair needs to talk to customers better. I bought a watch and some name brand apparel and they just handled the situation so wrong."

"After looking at the reviews I understand now why I received the customer service I did. I was in the process of trying to sync something that I had very little knowledge about, but was practically brand new, so I knew it worked. But when the customer service representative goes to the back area they should keep their comments a little quieter when speaking to the manager in regards to customers who are right there. Not helpful whatsoever. Based on the overall reviews it’s pretty obvious. Definitely will be the last time I step foot in that location. And it seems like the woman I had the pleasure speaking with has been complained on before by customers. White woman, brown hair and glasses. She’s definitely in need of some Customer Service training."
