"They over charge, had three men to put in one out door water fosit . 30 min job, 20of of the minutes were waiting for the glue to dry. Did not put my 12' latter back where they got it. There were three men and the bill was $265.00. Never again."
"This company has been to my property 3 times. First time was overcharged but OK work. Second time they left a bunch of debris behind and blamed it on another worker at my property. Third time they claim they performed some work that has never been confirmed that they did any work. To date I have hired another Plumbing company who is having to fix and redo everything that Priest had previously done. In dealing with him, I found him to be short and rude. Similar to little man syndrome."
"Impossible to get in touch with. They claim they often don’t have a phone signal which would be fine except they never empty their voice mail so you can’t leave a message for them to get back you. After waiting three weeks waiting for them to show up and trying to get in touch with them, they finally answered the phone. The said the person handling our file was no longer with them and they had lost our details. We arranged for them to come the following week with a list for them to complete. They didn’t do anything. I called and was told that we didn’t have a certain part for our hot water heater and the shower surround wasn’t complete. The shower surround wasn’t complete because they had not properly installed the tub on a previous visit which was on their list to complete. They didn’t do anything else on the list which had nothing to do with the shower or water heater. I was beyond frustrated at this point but kept my voice calm until I was rudely told that I needed to be nice and polite if I wanted to continue and obviously I had never owned a business. Worst customer service I have ever received. 0/10 would never do again."
