"I needed hair for a new style for a special occasion. I wanted my stylist to see the hair before finalizing my decision on the style. The owner told me I could purchase and return as needed a few days before I purchased. Today I was told by a younger person running the register that she would give me a refund as long as the product wasn’t opened. I purchased $172 in hair, took it to my stylist (who didn’t like it for my purposes) and brought it back unopened about two hours later . The store owner and the girl at the counter admitted telling me I could return it if it didn’t work, but refused to refund the $172 to my card. They said they would only do a store credit. I feel cheated and lied to. There is a real lack of integrity at this store. I really wanted to support them but I can’t accept being mislead. I went to a different store and realized that their prices were also twice as much as the new store in the downtown area. It’s a shame not to be able to support this business but I have -0- trust and therefore will not continue to ship with them."

"I’m a braider here in Evans and people in Evans know there’s not many hair stores here in this area. This was my first time visiting this store because I didn’t want to drive 15 mins out to Wrightsboro rd for one thing and I wanted to see if I could find somewhere closer. One good thing is they do have a wide variety of items. The bad thing is everything overpriced compared to stores further away. I purchased one small box of rubber bands priced at 1.99 and the cashier tried to charge me 2.99 plus tax which was a little of $3. I support black owned businesses but this one won’t have my support."

"I have been purchasing the same exact brand, length, color ponytail from this store for over a year. I am a consistent, never had a complaint customer until I called and spoke with the owner/braiding stylist about this ponytail I purchased. When I opened the package a week after I purchased it the hair texture was not the same. I called to inform the owner if I could show her the hair texture has more of a silkiness to it instead of the course full texture I am use too . The owner refused to view the hair, refused to provide ANY arrangements NOT ANY for me as a customer that lives more than half an hour away and she advise the product may have changed. Well, if that is the case why would you NOT satisfy me the customer. I kindly told her she lost a good customer and have a good day and she said the same back to me. I am a supporter of my peoples businesses but she is clearing NOT a supporter of her customers."
