"I just got my nails done here a few days ago and they charged me 10 dollars just to add two gems. The gems have already fallen off so now I’m stuck with a big gap in my nails. The person who did it did not know how to apply them."

"I’ve gone to this salon a few times, I like that it’s clean and the techs are nice however the stamp card they offer that after 5x services you’ll get $10 off, I give the card along with the bill to the cashier lady to redeem my discount as I was getting my wallet out of my bag she hid the card and charged me full price I asked her about the discount she totally refused and said “you did not give me the card” I explained that I put it right in front of you with the bill how come you saw the bill but not the card? But she kept saying you did not give me the card. I paid the full price but the lady was very unprofessional. This place is a ripoff they charge 2x as much than any other nail salons yet their services are not “Wow”but still charge a lot and are so after tips I would tip you if you are a fair and nice person!! I would NEVER go there again."

"The place is nice and clean but other than that unless you want to break the bank for subpar work I’d go elsewhere. This is what a $175 gel mani pedi looks like. You read that right $175. I wanted to treat myself to this but this was absolutely not what I was expecting so make sure you’re super assertive about their pricing. I just wanted a shimmery white for the holidays and *NO ONE* told me the color I chose was an up charge. It’s literally just iridescent on top of the white polish. My toes are a little sloppy but not terrible. My manicure is awful and it was hard to get good photos of them to truly show how “off” they are. She seemed like she was distracted and kept stepping away so I’m guessing the timing wasn’t right for my nails and she didn’t seal my nails all the way so they’re all peeling which makes anything and everything get stuck under the first layer and it just looks gross. The white polish isn’t uniform and theres places basically missing polish as well as, some of the sides aren’t done. We’re all human I really don’t expect perfection but $175?!? For this? I couldn’t tell how bad they were until I was already in my car and I was already not feeling great about not telling me about the insane up charges (for what?!) and spending that kind of money but to also do what I feel is an incomplete job? I only get my nails done maybe every 3-5 months and instead of this being a treat I regret spending the money."

"Open on Sunday. We were walk-ins, signed in electronically, and less than a 5 minute wait. The elegant spa has like four rooms. The staff were professional, careful, and did a great job."
