"Went in with flu like symptoms with a fever of greater than 101. Reported all of more than 5 additional symptoms to the doctor. The nurse gave me the flu test, covid test and strep throat test which were all done inaccurately. She did not swab me far enough back therefore result in false negative. The doctor came in and said my assessment came back fine and the result came back normal so NO ANTIBIOTICS recommended meanwhile I am feverish and cough up huge chunks of infection from my lungs!!! Went to my PCP the next day and tested positive. So if you are going in and expect medications for a “viral” infection, they expect you to be miserable for 10/14 days with fluids, mucinex and Tylenol. I walked out empty handed. Waste of time and money. I will never go back for NP Tripp. Second time this has happen"

"I used to come here as an established patient.. Now I won't! I'm sitting outside extremely sick waiting on another Lyft because they are now closed on Saturdays! It says open on green but when you pull in there is a small sign on the door with their new very inconvenient hours! So don't waste your gas or money coming here!"

"During my visit on September 21st, 2023, I arrived to the Furys Ferry location and ran across an ill-mannered comedian named Dr. Trapnell. I was given this recommendation and had nothing but good things to say about the location and staff until 9/21/2023. The character of Dr. Trapnell is abhorrent. Dr. Trapnell learned to be a doctor but not a nice and respectable human being. His sarcastic demeanor, inaccurate assertions, and body language have caused me to doubt Piedmont's recruiting practices and mission statement."

"I could have gotten this level of medical care at McDonald’s. I needed stitches on my finger. After 6 stitches the doctor (or whatever) told me he forgot to clean the cut and cut them all out and had to redo them all. Told me to come back the next day to get it looked at. I sat in an empty building for half an hour without anyone acknowledging me. I eventually just left. I have no instructions on how to care for this or how long the stitches are supposed to stay in there. I feel like I went to an office staffed by muppets."

"Went for first time today. Fell and sprained ankle. Quick with X-rays and meeting doctor! Great and friendly service. I chose this facility due to convenience and I will certainly use their services again!! Overall I was there about 45 minutes."
