"Janie is the real deal!!! My son (22 months) has been getting his haircut for 10 months now. Every time i’ve taken him, he cries and cries, kicks, screams, and puts up a hugeeee fight. Janie cut his hair today and she was sooo kind! She made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Her energy alone calmed him down. He didn’t cry at all and only got antsy at the very end. Initially when I gave her a heads up that he doesn’t like getting his haircut, she responds, “so… he’s normal”…No one has ever been so patient with us! She is the best! I will always make sure to ask for her ❤️❤️❤️"

We have always been happy with the service Until today. we went there and the lady took down his name added him to the list and told him he will receive a message when it was his turn so he went back out to wait his turn with me and our 4 month old baby... we waited for 40 min approximately until we saw them closing the doors... we walked to the door thinking it was an accident... and the lady with the red hair told us that he wasn't going be attended because he didn't wait inside... it was completely disrespectful and unprofessional to have us waiting over 40min to then say some excuse just because they wanted to leave in a rush."
