"my hair was a dark orange ,healthy and half way down my back i showed her a picture of a darker ash blond color and I knew I wouldn't get to this color in one session . So we decided to do full head foils after sitting there for 3.5 hours she washed it out and toned my hair .the toner left me with yellowish colored hair and the bleach damaged my hair so much that I have chin length hair now because my hair broke off so bad .I paid $285 for this service. I went home and brushed my hair and all I saw was broken off hair .so I called to let smithsonian know about the issue and the only feedback i received when i called 2 hours later was a FREE deep condition treatment and a offer for a glaze .the whole price should have been fully refunded for all the damage she did to my hair NEVER AGAIN .Sydney shouldn't be allowed to do hair"

"I debated between several different salons before deciding on this one. I saw so many really good reviews for Ashleigh so I went with her. I just wanted to keep what I currently had but trim up the dead ends. I have long hair to my butt, “V” cut, long layers, and face framing. Unfortunately, my face framing is a MESS…. And I do not have a “V” anymore. It’s more of a “U” now. I won’t be able to go back anymore. Waiting for my hair to grow back out so I can get it done again. Only giving 3 stars for nice people and the girl that washed my hair was thorough and kind."

She added beautiful blended long layers and face framing bangs which I wanted. She was very personable, and listened to exactly what I wanted. I Will definitely be returning back to this salon:)"

"The entire experience was exceptional. The service was amazing from start to finish. When I walked in I was greeted by the front desk receptionist who is so upbeat and kind. I came in for a haircut and styling. Let me tell you, their shampoo room is like no other with spa music playing. This sleep deprived new mom almost went to sleep! Ashley G. Perfected what I asked for. I am new to the area and I’m excited to have found a new stylist!"
