"Very disappointed in the way business is handled there now. My first run with them from 2012-2017 was great. This time around...not so much. They have managed to nickel and dime you for everything ,including skimming money from your fuel discount at truckstops! Also,don't EVER expect to get anyone to call you back, since NO ONE answers their phone or checks messages. And heaven forbid you need to be reimbursed for anything. My advice ,is don't go for the newer nicer truck but rather the cheapest in the fleet. That's the only way you will survive....good luck"
"This company, I wouldn't even give one star. But whom ever decide to apply for the parts manager job located in Atlanta. I hope you have thick skin, because the Service Manager Kenny, doesn't have any idea on how to run that shop. That shop doesn't have any structure or a system. A parts Manager or Foreman never last long at that location. So beware, he's nice until you do something wrong. O yeah and he shows Favoritism. Beware beware beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"The mechanics were very nice and help me out very much so. But outside of the shop as far as parking for trucks and trailers you should be ashamed and it's not the shops fault. I would advise any driver it's going to go in there do not go in there at night go in the daytime so you can see around you. But like I said shot people seem very polite and helpful. And that rating goes toward to mechanics only"
