"Called for a taxi to take me to the store and back and whoever answered the phone told me that they would see if anyone was available. After waiting for 20-30 minutes no one ever called back and let me know anything and when I tried calling back all I kept getting was the answering machine. This is no way to do business, at least let a potential customer know something and not ignore them."
