"We've been buying from flipper pools for many years and always had good experience but yesterday we sent our grandson to get chlorine tabs he came home with 8 lbs cost 89.99. We sent him back for refund but they were closed. We went this morning for refund and were told no refunds on chemicals. She didn't care why even though the tub had not been opened. Very snippy with us. We ordered 25 lbs from Amazon for 135.00. Won't be back here."
