"I went in because friends recommended this place to me, and maybe some of the techs here are better than others, but I did not enjoy this experience. I went in and requested French tips on my natural nail. The station I was sent to was visibly dirty, and the technician did a poor job. My cuticles were not pushed back, my nails were not trimmed, and my nails were filed but they were not well shaped. There is debris stuck in my gel polish from the dirty station, my French tips are smudged and the white band on several nails either doesn’t go across the whole nail, or is just off. I feel as though I wasted my money. Sadly, I will not be retuning, nor would I recommend to a friend."

"I had a good review up but decided to change it. Two ladies there were very rude to me. I was a loyal customer. Me and my daughter went on a regular basis, got nails and feet done and sometimes waxed my brows. I spent a lot of money there. But I learned fast that she doesn't value her regular customers. I stop going and all my friends stopped going as well."

"I called to see what time they closed and they indicated 7pm. I arrived at noon and had drove two hours to get my nails done since the one in my area was closed. When I showed up I was told they were only doing appointments. I told them if they would do them I’d wait as long as necessary and they refused. I told them I drove the distance and was never informed over the phone that they are only taking appointments. Shrugged his shoulders and continued to paint his clients nails. He didn’t even try to help. Oh well, his salon didn’t look very clean anyway."
