"Walgreens lost my COVID-19 test and… Walgreens lost my COVID-19 test and NEVER REPORTED my results to me. On July 22, I followed the links and requested a drive-through appointment for the COVID-19 PCR test at my local Walgreens on Joe Frank Harris Parkway in Cartersville GA, Walgreens #17686. When I arrived the pharmacy tech was unmasked and did not understand the procedure. Another tech came to help her, but there was obvious confusion. They gave me the test materials which I self-administered. All of the information in the printout for my contacts was correct. I had already received two emails confirming my testing appointment. I subsequently called two or three times trying to obtain my test results and the robots told me that test results were not available. In a third call attempt, I tried calling the store and instead reached some global customer service rep who was unable to help me. She suggested that I RETURN TO THE STORE where the test was taken and demand my results. Since I suspected I had the virus, I was unwilling to RETURN TO THE STORE. That is horrible advice. Losing my test is completely unacceptable and irresponsible."

"So I know it's weird to have a favourite Walgreens, but I do lol and it's this one. So I'm a couponer and it can take some patience from cashiers to make sure all of my deals are done correctly. And I've gotta say these cashiers have an abundance of patience. Not only this but they're very nice and professional. I do a lot of mobile orders too and they are always completed in a very timely manner. I have had a little issue with them putting out of stock on items when I've asked for the items to be substituted, but that's literally the only issue I've ever had here. But overall this is a great store and I will continue to shop here"
