"They never fail to mess up my meds. They usually say they cannot find my meds. I have to ask them to check the spelling of my name5-6 times. Today I paid for my meds online and screenshot the paid screen but that wasn't good enough. They wanted a confirmation reciept. I never received an email either way . So i had to pay for my meds a second time so i could get my flu meds. Now I have to find proof to get a refund. Go anywhere but there."
"I have requested that my meds be filled in the non childproof caps. It is so frustrating to get home and all 5 meds are in the child locks which are difficult to open with my hand issues. If I take them back, I seriously doubt they will correct it. They are aways too busy to provide good customer service. Very poor customer service in the pharmacy. The store portion is great. Complaining never changes anything."
"The rudest people in the pharmacy !! I called to check on the price of a prescription. The girl told me she couldn 't tell me because she didnt have the info. I told her I could give it to her. She put me on hold. I waited then another lady picked up phone very short and curt. I finally got the price it was $171.00. Amazon Pharmacy price $117. 00 No Brainer who is going to get my business. Worst customer service ever. They need to be trained on how to wait on a customer ."
"Alex and his team are the best. Always courteous to their people and always ready to help. Amidst the pandemic and the fact that flu season was as bad his team has never failed to serve the customers in this store. Amazing health care workers"
