"Updated review: I'm about 20 months into my CrossFit journey and am still loving Down Home! The coaches are (still) awesome and are always willing to help. The people are truly amazing and I look forward to the grind with my friends! Can't wait to see what's in store in 2024! I am SO glad I found this gym! The facility is incredible and the coaches are awesome!! I am brand new to CrossFit and was a bit scared to give it a try. I'd never done an Olympic lift before and was so thankful the coaches could teach me proper form. One aspect I really enjoy is that the coaches are able to suggest modifications whenever you need them. As a gal approaching her mid-40s, this is key for me! I think one of the things I like most about DHCF is that people are friendly here! Even if I'm the last one to finish, or using much lighter weight, everyone is supportive and will cheer for you until your last rep!
