Dr. Tatiana Shifrin, DMD, founded Duluth Dental Center in 1997 just a few miles north of where she grew up. She is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology and received her dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Shifrin is Ivy-League trained and served as a Captain at Andrews Air Force Base, providing dental care to the United States Air Force before establishing Duluth Dental Center.
