"Allison at the front desk of the walk-in clinic has the worst customer service face Ive ever seen in medical industry. Her careless eye rolling attitude towards every question on both occasions Ive been there is appalling as to how she continues to have employment there for I cannot be the only other person to have been treated similar. Somebody should really take a look into her"

"Someone at the top needs to pay attention to all these poor reviews and begin to clean up this culture of complacency. The doctors are terrific, but the supporting staff seem unsupervised, apathetic, and have no sense of urgency. They are extremely slow to approve prescription refill requests from your pharmacy. Don't take my word for it. Their voicemail greeting instructs you to not leave multiple messages. This is direct evidence that they are not providing timely attention to incoming patients calls, which is WHY PEOPLE ARE LEAVING MULTIPLE MESSAGES. The staff here are egregious and this fish rots from the head."

"I see an awful lot of reviews for this urgent care that have absolutely nothing to do with the people that work there at this facility but are more against the Teledocs and personal pride. We waited for about 30 minutes in the waiting room the receptionist was very helpful the nurse that took my wife’s vitals were super friendly and the doctor was even better. We were dreading coming here due to the reviews but there was absolutely nothing as negative as people are complaining about. It could’ve just been we got lucky but I think people tend to write reviews when they’re really angry. Not a bad place give it a try for urgent care. The doctor removed a 1 inch splinter from a fingernail in less than 15 seconds. Kudos to everybody"

"Why do receptionists have voice mail? You may get a call back at sometime or not. I saw Dr. Miller for several years now that he's gone the place has gone to hell! Michelle is no manager. She's big part of the problems with the practice."

"This would be 0 if there were an option. My mom has MS and COPD. She is having vertigo like symptoms. Her regular doctor has no space and tells her to call this place for a telehealth appointment because she lives alone and can't drive at the moment - obviously. Deb Reynolds gets on the appointment and DESTROYS my sick, sobbing mother. She says telehealth is only for respiratory?! That my mom doesn't live alone, so someone should take her to the ER?!? I live 2 hours away and work an hour further away. Then I try to speak to the Practice Administrator, Michelle about the bedside manner that just went on in a gracious and openminded way -- and she SHUTS ME DOWN. Says no one was there but my mom and Deb so who really knows? I replied that all I was wanting to accomplish was to remind everyone of how fragile some patients are and to try to be kind to everyone. Then she gets a tone and starts repeating herself over, and over. At least 4 times. At that point my patience had been frayed and I did hang up. I have full intentions of taking this matter as high up as I need to."
