"The worst experience, in my daughter's first week, the lady in charge of the children, pushed my daughter making her fall, and did not pick her up, she just ignored her, it is worth mentioning that my daughter was crying because like all children, or more she cries in the first week because it is the adaptation time, instead of giving her support and calming this process, the woman becomes violent, fortunately, we realized this and immediately took my daughter out. October 2023"
"When I went to see the facility I was greeted by a beautiful woman name Brittany. She showed me around and the place was clean and smelled good and was in order. I can tell I can trust this daycare to take care of my child and treat her good. I was excited about her starting but unfortunately my job has transitioned me to another location but thank you Brittany for being so kind and patient with me and answering all my concerns."
"I’ve been contacting this school for a week now they took my payment and are now they will not respond. As a hardworking single young mother choosing a school is often hard. I feel as if I were taken advantage of. I spoke with a Brittany who assured my call back and assistance but here I am now, feeling lost and confused. Only seeking help"
"Our 4.5 year old son has been at CWS since he was 3 and has learned SO much since starting there! He's currently in pre-k & loves it. Our 1.5 year old daughter started there several months ago & is also doing great! The caregivers/teachers are kind, energetic, creative, & patient. The front office staff are very nice & friendly as well. We really like having an app to view updates/photos throughout the day & we've always received timely responses to messages/questions we sent. We plan to keep both kids at CWS until its time for them to go off to elementary school :-)"
"Choosing the right daycare is so important and I’m so relieved that we chose Creative World. I love how kind and personable the staff is. We are greeted by every single person we pass when we drop off in the morning. My daughter (9 months) is visibly excited when we walk into the building. She absolutely loves her teachers and she loves to play with the other children in her class. As a parent, I really appreciate how communicative the school is. The teachers log every activity throughout the day in the Procare app and the school sends out messages with important information and reminders as needed. We couldn’t be happier with our choice!"
