"I normally do not do reviews, but felt inclined to do so. I really do not understand the unkind words been thrown at Ms. Carolyn. I have been knowing Ms. Carolyn for years. Ms. Carolyn is the most thoughtful, understanding, and caring person I know. I will trust any of my kids in her care. An accident, that was immediately taken care, was giving such bad publicity that was not warranted. As with anything, go find out for yourself what a wonderful woman and caregiver Ms. Carolyn is."

"Smarter Kids Childcare does not care for the well-being or safety of your precious children…. On Thursday evening November 4, approximately 7:15 pm the owner of the establishment Ms. Carolyn ran the daycare van that she transports your children to and from into the salon two doors down from her establishment….This could have been a very tragic event and has caused a tremendous amount of trauma and loss of business to the salon…. Ms, Carolyn was only concerned that her van was in tact so that she could resume picking up your children the following day…. Thankfully the police towed it but be mindful that she retrieved it the next evening and parked it back in front of the salon to pick up your children in it and it has not been serviced…. Ms. Carolyn has been asked for two years not to park these vans in designated parking spaces because they are for pick out and drop off only and that they were also not safe for the establishments as they block the sight line…. She has no empathy for what she has done and does not care for safety of your children or anyone else…."
