"They let the kids run wild. Staff does not oversee the kids. Parents are not watching their kids. I had to get involved multiple times just to make sure my kids were having their turn. Jumped in line Multiple times my children got hurt. There are better places out there with better supervision!"
"This place never disappoints when it comes to the kids. They absolutely love the place and never want to leave when it's time to leave. The staff leaves something to be desired as they seem never to be on the same page about the rules and regulations. It could be because most workers seem to be teenagers. The bathroom are usually trashed from kids going in unsupervised and leaving tissue and paper towels all over the floor and counters. It is a fairly large venue and they do allow birthday events. There is the typical waiver that you'll sign at these types of establishments, and you pay for socks unless you bring a pair from the previous visit. They have a small arcade area and a nice size food court area too. I highly recommend this as a place to allow the kids to burn off some energy and for you not have to worry about what the weather will be for day."
"I’m not sure why they have an arcade here. Half the games are broken. Some look like they work but then take your credits without working so you have to find an employee to get your money back."
"The manager on duty has a nasty disposition she was rude in the middle of my purchase she walked off and assisted another customer without courtesy! But my babies had fun safe equipment and youth staff on point great pricing!!"
"Took my daughter and niece for a little jumping, they had a blast. We went on a Saturday evening before Neon Jump. so we had about an hr jump time. The Line was long because there was only 1 computer to do the waiver form. So I did it on my phone while in line and went to pay. The staff is young but fairly friendly, I brought cash but they don't allow split payments which was ok. Kids had a blast overall. I bought botttle water at the concession,( FYI they only take card in that area). Staff definitely keeps it clean I noticed. They came in the bathroom to sweep and staff was wiping down tables in food area constantly. But there needs to be more staff in the various jump areas because some kids were very rough and were jumping/falling on my girls so they moved to another area. Overall it was a good price for kids."
