"I had one of the worst customer experiences at this location. I put in a mobile order and when I received it an item was left off. I came back around through the drive through and asked about my item, they proceeded to yell at me and tell me they were out of it and didn’t know how to help me. They could have told me the item was missing the first time but decided to just let me take the charge. They got more hostile when I asked if it was possible to receive a credit or replacement item. I asked for 2 donuts and they then gave me 2 flavors that I did not ask for and when I mentioned this they yelled at me and said they were out of the flavors I asked for, which again they could have told me so I could select something else. I ended up leaving because a male employee would not stop yelling."
"Way better service and staff than the one by my house (old national). Organized and fast with orders, professional greeting, and cheaper than by my house. I now pass up the one by my house and wait til I get to this location to order coffee and/or food. Thanks for doing a great job!"
"I prefer Dunkin over the competition. Priced are responsible and the coffee has an extra kick.! They did the big one lol they made extra of my coffee & gave it to me. Ordered 5 munchkins they gave me 10. ❤️ I love small wins."
"This location has the Nitro coffee which is a huge plus for someone like me that rarely drinks coffee but when I do it is one of my top choices from Dunkin. Butter Pecan iced coffee is great!"
