"My daughter has been attending this daycare since August 2023, as of yesterday 1/6/24 they have terminated her care based off of concerns that I placed through the daycare. Not so long after my daughters attendance in daycare she was scratched up by another student named Roman in a different class then her, my daughter had no incident report created I was unaware of the real problem that took place until I arrived to pick her up. They have a huge teacher turn over rate, and my daughter has been unable to adjust to the new teacher following her old teacher. She cries to go to school everyday and doesn’t want to attend. The owner did not like that I placed my concern as a parent. I also had the daycare investigated to see what is taking place at the daycare. They did not like how the situation was handled so they decided to terminate my child’s care. I also had her classroom switched due to another student caught on camera trying to kiss and fondle my daughter and my daughter just stuck frozen unable to say anything or tell. They didn’t offer anything that would make me more comfortable with my child’s care but my option of switching her class but the very next day they decided to terminate her care, which could also be a light in a dark place because at this point I didn’t want to keep my child at the facility in the first place. This is the best step moving forward. Parents please be weary about this daycare take your time finding a good place, this was a lesson learned from me but thankful it was sooner than later. I will be escalating this further as well."

"After going trough over 10+ daycares of horrors I finally found a good match! The best thing about this daycare is the bilingual teachers provide my kiddo with a much needed daily Spanish language interaction. I also love that we are kept in the loop on a daily basis with the kiddos activities trough videos and photos. All staff is highly respectful of diversity, culture, and any accommodations required for your child. I’m in love with the services, extracurricular activities and programs that they offer. My kid is always active and engaging in daily growth and development. The place is always clean, organized and up to date with current holiday or seasonal decorations making the place feel bright, vibrant, well kept and happy. The staff is highly qualified and devoted with passion to their calling as teachers. They teach and care with love, devotion, patience, understanding and empathy. They get a 10-10 from me."

"I just want to give a special shout-out to Tots 2 Toddlers Learning Center, they have been so exceptional from the time my son started in January 2022 as a first time mom I was very skeptical and nervous transitioning my baby into a new daycare especially after having a treacherous experience from a previous daycare, from the tour to the moment my son started I was so excited for him to start, the director the staff and everyone who keeps the center going are all so amazing. I have always loved how involved Mrs.Mays is with her center from the events to the hands on contact she has with all the Tots and teachers and whenever I needed to speak with her with any concern or questions she is always responsive and available. She alwaysi takes pride in the care of all Tots and making the daycare experience the best one yet, I loved the summer activities she plans every year. One event in particular that made my heart so warm was all the thought and detail she put into the Christmas program, it was so beautiful to see all the tots and teachers dressed up and the gift exchange!! It was just an overall wonderful experience. I just want to say how grateful I am that I found this Daycare for my son and I’m going to be so sad once he graduates and leaves,but I always know he will be Tots 2 Toddler TOT for life. Also want to extend a huge thank you to all his teacher and staff who has assisted with his learning ind and development my son is now potty trained thanks to the exceptional teachers who has worked with him all this time, and to wrap all this up a huge thank you to Mrs. Mays for having a vision and bringing it to life and hair being a amazing business owner and teacher you are greatly appreciated. So to any parents who are looking or are nervous about choosing a daycare for your children TOTS 2 TODDLERS LEARNING CENTER is the place for you all, you will not regret it."

"Very happy. My sweet grandson attends this center currently and I wouldn't have it any other way. My grandson is being socialized well, taught his curriculum to where he repeats his learning at home. He is very happy and a bright little fella every time we pick him up. If you want your child to have an amazing learning and loving experience I highly recommend Tots 2 Toddlers."
