"The bowling experience was great from beginning to end. I booked my daughter’s party through an agent with Bowlero and Mr. Lane was great. He was helpful and kind and very responsive. On the day of her party the bowling alley employees greeted us with smiles and treated us like they were happy we were there. Dennis and Wanda were absolutely wonderful- Extremely pleasant and professional! They were both attentive to our needs. It’s the kind of good customer service you don’t see anymore….so refreshing. I’m truly thankful they were a part of our bowling experience and we’re already thinking of other events we can host at the Austell location.
