Coach Josh, Coach Allegra, Coach Brenden, Christine Cook, and Natalie all bring their own unique expertise and experience to our gym, ensuring that every student receives top-notch training and support. Coach Josh, a former competitive gymnast, specializes in biomechanics and has a proven track record of helping gymnasts and cheerleaders achieve their goals. Coach Allegra, a mother of three, emphasizes the importance of fundamental strength and skills in gymnastics. Coach Brenden, a student at the University of Alabama, brings his experience as a competitive cheerleader and dancer to his coaching. Christine Cook, with 33 years in the gymnastics world, oversees our recreational programs with a strong foundational curriculum. Natalie, a former level 8 gymnast, brings her patience and dedication to our tot classes.
