The institution consists of two buildings, Alice Williams Towers I and II, offering a total of 99 affordable one-bedroom apartments for active seniors. Owned by Salem Baptist Church of Atlanta Housing Foundation, Inc. and Alice Williams Towers, Inc., the community is professionally managed by Housing Resource Center, Inc. Residents at Alice Williams Towers pay no more than 30 percent of their income for rent and utilities, with incomes required to be below current HUD income limits.
