"For the owner. I frequently use the delivery service, which until today was stellar. The driver made a stop far from my house, for an extended period of time. My pizzas arrived not hot, not ice cold, but notvas they should be. I called your store and was put on hold. You have some issues to resolve. I would like a refund. Edit. Contacted manager of store. He took no responsibility and blamed squarely on Doordash. I ordered from Little Ceasars, not Doordash. No one at Door Dash will respond, endless time on hold. Just know if you have a issue, Little Ceasers does not care."
"I ordered a simple meal 1 pizza and 3 crazy breads, didn't think nothing of it when I got to my house 35 minutes away and the dough on my food was completely raw. My wife tried calling and they would pick up the phone off the hook and hang up, but when we finally got in touch with them the next day their only response was "cant do anything about it"."
