"Very caring staff. They make sure you are comfortable and answer any questions you have. This review was done shortly after the first visit. Had to go back for an adjustment and was not happy. This was an appointment for my Mother and she is still in the healing dentures and she barely wears them because they don't fit in her mouth. I hope we have better service when we return to get her permanent dentures. This office was a whole lot better when Dr. Hagin was there. My moms dentures are rough and bumpy. They should be smooth. Not happy at this point but we will see what happens when she gets her other dentures. If they don't fit her better to where she can use them, then we just wasted $2200 for nothing."
"Do not let anyone you care about go here. They hands down refuse to honor their 100 day guarantee. On the website and paperwork it clearly says that anything that they make they will 100% replace it or fix it within 100 days. Staff could not or would not answer simple questions. Total scammers. Go to a real dentist."
"Dr. Johnson and his staff are absolutely amazing. Very friendly, informative, respectful. I went in to have 10 complicated extractions along with denture impressions. I chose local pain/numbing and I didn't feel a thing at all and got my temporary denture set put in right after. Almost 2 days later now and I'm not having any issues. I highly recommend affordable dentures and implants."
"Other than having to wait an hour past my appointment time the experience was great. The staff was friendly and professional. Not sure why ANY doctors office bothers to give a set time, none of them honor it."
