"I have been going to this dentist office for regular cleanings for a couple of years. With my hectic schedule, it’s hard for me to set a date the required 6 months in advance. I called and ask to change my appointment a couple of weeks in advance. I was told the next available appointment would be 6 months. So I waited 6 months and again needed to reschedule my appointment when it was close to my appointment date. The lady answering the phone told me again, it would be another 6 months. I ask her to have the dentist call me. An hour later, the lady called me back with a very rude attitude and got me an appointment for a few days later. Once I arrived at the appointment, the dentist was very short and rude. He usually was friendly and nice up until this point. They are booked beyond their capabilities to the point that their customer service is suffering for it. So if you are looking for zero flexibility, this is the place for you. The lady that cleaned my teeth was never rude. And she actually offered to clean my teeth on her lunch break to accommodate me. Unfortunately, the lady answering the phones as well as the dentist were very rude and left a bad taste in my mouth. I’ll take my business elsewhere."
