"Run away!! I took truck in to find why it was loosing power mechanic said it was vpod paid $1700 to have it replaced next day truck still loosing power, another shop found problem it was a simple clogged fuel filter.Truck service mechanic said he checked filter but never did . To top it off they had my truck for a week. They are not a honest shop .the other reviews are not real."
"Our first visit and must say the staff was outstanding. Went above and beyond to make sure we were back on the road and home for Christmas. Would highly recommend to anyone needing any type of service or repair, big or small (2012 Freightliner Cascadia turbo replaced in less than 24hrs) the staff shuttled us to a near by hotel, picked us up when the truck was ready. Thank you Truck Service Depot for your awesome service and making our Christmas happen!"
"I appreciate the PM service without having an appointment. About 3 hours. But I don’t appreciate it costing $1k, charging by the hour for an oil change. The dealer doesn’t charge this much. Also what left a bad taste in my mouth is they charged me $10 for topping off my washer fluid. When I asked management how they could justify charging $1k for an oil change and then charge $10 for washer fluid…..washer fluid…..he said “our price is our price”…c’mon man. That was the straw that made me realize it’s about squeezing the customer and I can’t do business like that."
"If you are in Atlanta or anywhere near this is the place to go to get your truck worked on. The reviews are real and the service / staff have met my high expectations. I was in a jam with two broke down trucks on the same day and almost at the same time. They took care of me and they recommended Howards towing service which was also a blessing. Those two businesses got my first truck up and going in less than 24 hours. I could not be happier or more grateful!"
