Antwone was so kind and knowledgeable and helped me on the phone with the tire manufacturer for 45 minutes to get a deal on the new tires. "I came in for two new tires but after having my car thoroughly inspected learned that I needed to replace my brake-pads and rotors to keep my car safe for the road. The staff was very communicative, helpful, and professional. Jasmine was especially wonderful at keeping me in the loop, answering my questions, and making sure I got the services I needed without breaking the bank. Would definitely return!"

"I made a reservation on line and then my tires were ordered for this location. I spoke with Matt who let me know when the tires came in. He graciously worked with me so I could come in shortly before 5:00pm on day when they close at 6:00pm which is very tight for replacing four tires. They did it anyway and stayed 30 minutes late to get the job done. Thank you Matt and team. Great customer service!"
"This place is awful. I bought the insurance plan for my tires when I had them installed. Right after the fresh tires were put on, they go flat. I bring it back, they tell me the tube isn’t installed correctly and my other tire needs a patch. They “fix” it. A couple months later, flat again, same story. “Tube and patch”. They “fix” it again… and so on and so on. There hasn’t been a month that has gone by where my tires haven’t been slowly leaking and going flat, I must have been back there 4 or 5 times now for the same stupid issue. Not to mention, they never reset your tire sensors and leave you not knowing your psi. At this point I’m starting to think it’s all intentional, and that when I go there they are just puffing air in my tires and repairing nothing. Every time I am there it also takes 3-6 hours of me waiting to just get my tires patched or filled. Last time I was there for three and a half hours and there were two people in front of me. This place sucks! The staff is friendly enough, but damn, stop scamming me, Please!"
