"This is my second time writing this review because the review I posted 2 days ago I cannot seem to find on this business. If this one is also deleted I will reach out to google to understand what is happening. The public deserves to hear all opinions of people who take this class so if it is not a good fit for them they won’t waste their money. I took this class to pass the GA State P&C exam. The professor for this class Al Bing while he seems to be very experienced with insurance he is NOT a good instructor. He is unclear in his speech so it is challenging to understand what he is saying also the way he disseminate the information is confusing. I sat through the entire week of class knowing I didn’t understand what he was saying but I needed to fulfill the 40 hour requirement. I then turned around and purchased another course at americanprofessor based on recommendation from a friend who has an agency. After taking this second course I was able to pass the exam on the first try. The office staff is great at this school but that particular instructor is not good. Again he has the knowledge he just doesn’t know how to teach it to others."

"Al Bing has taught more producers in Georgia to pass the test than you could ever imagine. The man is a treasure to the industry. We have people at our agency that went through his class 25+ years ago."

"I should’ve gone with my first instinct and pulled out of registration or spoken to someone in administration on Monday or Tuesday. I don’t know if everyone learns through repetition but I don’t . The “instructor” Al Bing is ridiculous. His method is to read whatever he has put together for the training over and over loud. He literally yelled the entire week. I’m shocked he has a voice left. When several students complained for lack of understanding he turned the yelling up to screaming the same sentence over and over. I had to reel myself back in more times than I can count because I don’t do well with people shouting at me and constantly repeating the same things over and over really grinds my gears! Then someone stated that we could hear just fine and that we didn’t understand he continued yelling. The definitions are a joke and I don’t know why anyone thinks he’s qualified to teach. I believe he was a friend or relative that needed a job and now we’re here. Someone mentioned that the issue may have been his accent and he became defensive saying, “I don’t have an accent, ALL of you have accents”. Really??? From the incomplete sentences to the lack of enunciation I don’t think it’s the accent but something more, but hey I’m not a teacher either."

"I took the 40 Hour P&C Pre- Licensing Course with Al Bing. I have not taken the exam yet however I know I'm prepared. Mr. Bing was very informative his delivery is straight to the point. He will repeat himself and when he does you better believe it will be on the exam. He's very knowledgeable and confident in his teaching. He stays on track and kept the class interesting, he always picks right back up where he left off and keeps the class moving right along. I've learned so much I'll be taking my exam next week. I definably recommend RS Thomas Training Associates. Bria was great too she made sure course information was delivered on time."
