"The only reason I gave 2 stars is because I had to wait and wait, and no one ever served me, so I left. When you're a driver, sometimes you can't wait all day. Maybe next time I stop if the service is better, I'll update."
"I asked if she could clean the table off. She forgot and served my food on the dirty table. I had to ask for utensils, some of my food that she forgot about, and when she brought my waffle I had to ask twice for some syrup. Disappointed. Too busy talking to other employees to wait on customers. They were not busy at all. Four employees sitting at the Hightop bar talking."
"Black guy checking me out was rude even after I tipped 5 bucks for a to-go order. My wife was in hospital and was wanting real food. I got 2 all star breakfast orders and a chicken biscuit. Came out to 38 dollars with a tip. It's Ridiculous. Waffle House used to be the place to go to take the family for good memories and cheap good food. Way over priced for breakfast food. Eggs hashbrowns, biscuits and waffle mix are incredibly cheap. Even with inflation your better off going to a fancy restaurant for this price where the customer service is good."
"Quick and fresh. The entire place was clean, from the parking lot to the restroom. And the employees showed teamwork while getting my to-go order ready. Not a single detail was overlooked from condiments to plastic ware cutlery. Awesome!"
"One cook. One waitress who'd been there all day... And I showed up at 2am, so that's a long shift ... I overheard another customer saying they'd seen her there the previous day. She's amazing. Food was delicious!!"
