"We received our order around 1030.we had an incorrect pizza and missing dipping cups. Called the store to talk to Chris. He was backed up and offered to refund the wrong items. I told him I’ll pickup up what I ordered to save him time. He said the doors would be locked and hung up on me. You guys was still open for 30 minutes. Plenty of time to do that. He ruined the meal. I want a full refund. Most of that I didn’t even want. He needs more training."

"Put an order in for two pizzas, one being a large cheese and I had a coupon for it to be free and, I didn’t get her name but it’s a very large girl with colored hair. she wouldn’t honor the coupon. She said it was online exclusive which isn’t true because I’ve used these same coupons in the past. I think she was just lazy and didn’t want the extra work, and I’m not paying $40 for 2 pizzas when dominoes is right down the road. 0 out ten would not recommend"

"Sloppy... whoever makes food here doesn't give a hoot about their job. Parm crusted papadias are a joke. Messy, not cut, little toppings and the biggest issue... we paid extra for parm crusted. UGH!!! We ordered 4 and 3 were correct but the 1 in this pic was suppose to be an Italian."
