"It was raining hard so, because I'm disabled, I sent my caregiver to pick up a couple of items for me. It's difficult to navigate in the rain, when you have to use any kind of paraphernalia to assist you with mobility issues. I had asked my caregiver to send me pictures on my cellphone, to make sure she'd chosen the correct items. But, lo and behold, the photos appeared larger than the actual items!! For that reason, I called the store, before even leaving the parking lot, and asked if they'd make an exchange for the larger items. But they refused to allow the exchange, in spite of my situation! Needless to say, that angered me! So I told them I would never again patronize their store! Angie's Beauty Supply is filled with a lot of low grade junk that's likely made in those China sweat shops! Even their most expensive wigs are an absolute rip off! I would advise anyone to just go someplace else to satisfy your beauty supply needs!!!"

"I’ve been shopping here for years since the first location next door. You can find almost anything you need here. The only thing is the music is inappropriate at times, it can be very explicit. There’s children and elderly walking around as well. They definitely need to consider changing the music station."

"The selection is amazing. Parking is plentiful and vast. But can you please fix the potholes in the parking lot. Also, can you please properly label your aisles. There is no way a place this huge should not have clear signage when looking for hair dye, rollers, hair gel, etc. I just moved to the area and I am new to your store. And I end up spending too much time wandering around aimlessly looking for what I need. Time is money. And when I don’t feel my time is valued that could make people go elsewhere despite having a vast selection. It’s kind of like how you feel when you go into a Home Depot or Lowe’s. You feel so overwhelmed and lost. And like no one cares. Please fix the signage issue asap. Or I may go to Walmart instead. Also, your store reps don’t proactively offer to check our account to see if money or discount dollars on our accounts. I could have saved $2 on my last purchase, but the clerk, didn’t bother to look to tell me. I had to ask, but by then, my purchase was done. Now, I have to come back and use it later. I do love the shoppers card, but if you can’t build loyalty if the cashiers don’t proactively ask for it like Kroger does."

"These people sold me an empty box of hair and told me at 8:51 they were already closed. And will not give me my hair that I’ve already purchased because they are closed. The black chick that answered admitted they forgot to put the hair in my bag and claimed they called me but my account is associated with an old number.The black girl refused to put the manager on the phone, told me she didn’t want to talk to me and hung up in my face. Then proceeded to not answer the phone. Black women are so nasty to one another and have no compassion. This was totally not my fault there was no apology, no empathy for this major inconvenience and terrible customer service especially when you had an event. This is my last time ever visiting this location. Y’all gotta do better. Stop allowing people to come into our communities hire uneducated, black people to associate with us because they don’t really want to be bothered with us they just want our money."

"It’s huge! It’s a beauty supply store that’s the size of a neighborhood Walmart. They didn’t have the wig I wanted but still had one that was comparable. The line was long but moved pretty fast as they had 4 registers open. Great selection of half wigs. Somewhat of a con: staff are not really that enthusiastic or helpful."
