"I was seeking a new barber in the area and was told I have to know who I want to cut my hair and make an appointment. I’ve never been to this barbershop but the barber literally refused to give me any information stating “everyone works their own schedule”. I asked did this barbershop have a website and was told to google it lol. Im not sure how barbers do things here, but the customer service was terrible and no one was able to help me or answer any of my questions. I would NOT recommend this barbershop to anyone in search of a new barber."

"I’m completely blown away by how on point this salon is, I normally go to a salon in Duluth Ga but my stylist moved away a few months ago and I’ve been trying to find a decent stylist since.. I went into this salon and the owner/stylist was very friendly and professional.. I have a short cut so I asked if she could do short hair and MAN, she had my hair so on point and she gave me the exact style I wanted, I was so pleased. She and her entire team really won me over and I’m not the easiest to win over when it comes to my hair.. I’m looking forward to next week when I visit her salon again.. "This USED to be my favorite hair salon YEARS ago. Each time I came back into town I tried to use them, regardless of the fact that service had gone down a bit.... but this last time was the Last straw. I am natural and have been for a while, it has never been a problem for me to use the services before. All I asked for was a deep condition, and to take out a total of 15 2-strand twists. When I asked if they were still serving customers, the stylist closest to the door said “yeah”.... I asked if they could take me. She asked what I wanted and told her. Mind you... this woman sat in her chair the entire time! Didn’t bother getting up and spoke with an attitude! When I told her what I wanted (which was BEYOND SIMPLE), she responded with, “I don’t do natural hair”. I HAVE 3C HAIR (not that it should matter!!!!), if you cannot do natural hair, I am willing to bet that you probably suck at relaxed hair too... in other words lots of customers with hair falling out because she doesn’t know how to CARE for hair!!! She pointed me to the woman who “does natural hair”.... YOU SERIOUSLY NEED SOMEONE SPECIAL TO DO a deep conditioning on natural hair?!?!?! No! Absolutely not. With stylists like that, the salon needs to close! The quality of service and talent has sunken so low it is pathetic. Unfortunately, I will need to find a salon to use when I come back into town.... I am so disappointed."
