CVS Pharmacy

"How unprofessional is it to answer the phone as if I was calling your home. No greeting, sarcastic response to a question about medication. If you do not want to be a pharmacist then pick another profession. I am not the one who went to sleep with you last night nor the person you woke up to so the bitter attitude you can miss me with that. I am so glad that my medication is not available at this location."

"I will preface this by saying that I love having a pharmacy that is so convenient to me, but that that is the only reason I still go here. My mother is a pharmacist so I have some understanding as to the incredible demands of the job and how woefully understaffed big chain pharmacies tend to be. That said customer service at this location is particularly lacking. There’s often confusion about when “you should get a text” (which often doesn’t come), why some prescriptions get filled while others are overlooked, the drive thru is never open, and don’t try to talk to anyone any time close to lunch closing (1:30-2pm). If you need anything post-op or within the day and your doctor doesn’t send it directly, take your script elsewhere. You’ll be sorry and in pain waiting for your meds."

"Almost EVERY TIME I visit this CVS, 9 times out of 10, the drive thru window is close!!!!! I am a Senior Citizen with Severe Back Pain, and It's Very Difficult to have to get out of my car, and walk all the way to the back of the store just to pick up my prescription(s)... And they are also terrible about answering their phone in both the pharmacy and the store's main line!!!!! I hate that they are this inefficient because they are the closet CVS to me, but over the past 5 years or more, the service has gone from good to almost none, and this level of service is very unacceptable to me!!!! I hope this feedback don't fall on death ears, because it is really awful the way they aren't providing better service to and for us!!!"

"Customer service in the store is usually pretty poor. And for some reason they are always closed at LEAST 1hr before the posted time (says 10pm on the door and online, AND on the phone). If you're going to just decide you want to close early everyday, at least update your store hours on the door and website to reflect that. Save yourself any frustration and just go to the next closest cvs. I will say, the pharmacy is usually ok though."

"Update: Things have been better lately. New people seem to have come in and old ones that I use to have issues with I don’t see anymore. Maybe CVS is actually doing something about this. Original: I was just told that other people are extremely sick and I need to wait my turn even though my doctor called in four hours ago and left a message for a prescription that they never listened to. I was told this by the doctors office when they called me back to let me know what was going on. These people are extremely rude go somewhere else."
