"The local owners sold out to a larger chain. Many of the workers have left but some of the long term people are still there. I dropped the car off and they installed new tires and did a front end alignment. Still good people doing the best they can."

Quoted an “out the door” price and had discussion of what I needed and wanted. Dropped my truck off, picked it up just a few hours later, paid the exact price I was quoted, and my tires are beautiful. Very happy customer, I will be back for maintenance and tires in the future. I had salesman Graham at gainesville location."

"Do not go to this place I repeat do not. JACK ROPER is NOT certified and he will mess up your alignment. I thought he was good at his job but once the results came in the next day my car was having the same problem. He needs to go back to school."

"So, I used this place a lot when it was just Tire Barn, a small family-owned business. When it was them the customer service was awesome, and you could trust them that they would not do anything that did not need to be done. I just recently used them as tire discounters. I brought my car in because the Check engine light came on. They said I needed a tune up, needed spark plugs. I paid over $300 to get the spark plugs replaced. The check engine light came on again about 2 days after that. Bought back to the ford place. What actually I needed was a new engine block (thank goodness for warranty) but now I am out $300 plus on new spark plugs that was not the issue. I was hoping they knew how to diagnose a problem. Time to look for a new small-town mechanic. ****EDIT***** The supervisor/manager called me and discussed my issue and vowed to make things right. Because they cared makes me willing to give them another shot. My 2 stars will go up to 4"
