"I have been using them for only oil changes and never really had an issue. However I decided to schedule an appointment for a tune up. Scheduled the appointment on Monday for that up coming Friday and even let them know that I'd be waiting instead of dropping it off since tune ups usually don't take that long. however I get there and they inform me only after pulling my jeep into the bay and take off the cover that they don't have the parts so the earliest they could have it done would be the next day. So I ask the guy why no one bothered to call me and let me know that they couldn't do the work that day instead of wasting my time and gas to drive there in the first place. The gentleman proceeded to tell me that they don't order parts until the vehicle is sitting in the bay. How can you run a business that way? what is the point of allowing people to make appointments if you're not gonna bother having the parts ready for the appointment? Just to waste everyone's time and energy on top of that the invoice the gentleman was trying to hand me was 100 more than the original quote that i was given. Needless to say I will never return to any location and risk wasting my time again."

"First time getting an oil change here, and I will exclusively only use this place from now on. They had me in and out within 40 minutes and the engineer who worked on my car, Ethan, was incredible. He was patient and answered all the questions I had without treating me like I was stupid. If you’re a woman and go by yourself to any auto repair shop, you can understand why this is so big. He explained what was going on with my car without talking down to me and I appreciate all the work he did. Great service and will definitely be back in the future."
