"Worst practice ever! ZERO STARS, not even worthy of 1 star. I had one provider leave practice and nobody called us to reschedule the appointment. Then when I called to reschedule I got an appointment, the afternoon before an 8 am appointment they called to say this new provider doesn’t see kids. They rescheduled it for a later date/time with another provider but my daughter was out of medication. I asked if they could fill just a few days to get us to appointment and they said they couldn’t because she was a “new patient”. I asked what I could do and they said I could try and get a hold of old provider (who remember isn’t practicing anymore) or my daughter could go without her necessary medication. I wasn’t asking for full prescription, just enough to get her to her next appointment and she wasn’t new. She’s been going here for a year. So unprofessional and we plan on leaving as soon as we can get a new prescription so we have time to find a better provider."
"She is extremely attentive and asks engaging questions. She repeats things back in her own words to show she understands and make sure she knows exactly what you mean. I’ve only had my first appointment but already I feel seen and heard and optimistic about my anxiety management plan like I haven’t in years. I highly recommend Anna Sturkie."
