"I was a patient of Dr. Roaches. He put to put two implants in my mouth and one of them was not right.This implant was always coming loose. They told me that he use third-party parts. It needs to be fixed and they wanted to help me out and they quoted me a price of $1900. I have a very good dental plan that covers implants so I wanted them to turn it into my insurance. They turned it into my insurance got another 500 and now I have a statement for $531 more so if you have insurance they will charge you $1000 more. They will switch the price when you have the procedure done. Please do not go here if you are one of Dr. Roach's old patients. They can't even update my address. I have not lived at the that Dr. Roach had on file in five years. I gave them my new address. They have been sending the statement there. I received an email yesterday stating my bill was past due. The office manager will sit in her corner office and is too good to speak to you. I have never seen Laura Koch in this office. The only dentist that I have seen here is Dr. Shoal Adesoji-Stokes. Cost: 1900.00 - without insurance 2900.00 with dental insurance It also too them over a month to get my implant crown. Don't trust them."

"My husband and I actually switched from our previous Dentist's office in Decatur and couldn't be happier. The office itself is always clean and very warm and inviting. The front staff always meets us with a smile and friendliness. Rachel at the front desk is so sweet. Dr. A is AMAZING, patient, funny and has such a gift and passion for patient and dental care. It was definitely a blessing in disguise switching dentist offices. Halle, the dental hygienist, is VERY knowledgeable and explains everything that she does along the way. Her high energy is also a pleasant treat. Sylvia is also very knowledgeable, kind and plays the best music! We are very happy at Dr. A's practice. Thank you all so much!!"
