South Winds Farm, located at 213 Albany Annex in Americus, Georgia, is dedicated to providing top-notch riding instruction for students of all levels. Head instructor Kitty Turner, with over four decades of experience in riding and training, is certified by the American Riding Instructors Certification Program in both Hunter/Jumper and Eventing. She was awarded Instructor of the Year in 1987 and has successfully coached her daughter to victory at prestigious events. Barn manager and instructor Jessica Long, under Mrs. Kitty's guidance, has 14 years of riding experience and has trained horses to compete at the Training Level of Eventing. With certification in Eventing from ARICP and a decade of teaching experience, Jessica continues to train and compete with both her own and clients' horses.
