"We have been speaking with a lady and started services. We was promised to ALWAYS receive before & after pictures of our visit which never happened every time we asked for the pics we always get ill contact such and such to get them sent over or Ill send them after this job (“and we never get them”).. So a month ago (end of September) we was told we needed a new sand filter because the one that was on the pool was to small and we w4d know when they come replace it because we would see new sand and she also said it would be replaced our NEXT visit since it was paid for up front ($300). The next visit came no one came or called so we reached out trying to see why our routine maintenance wasnt done she said someone was in the hospital etc.. Okay things happen so the next visit still no sand filter or before & after pics so we call back she say some guy came that she will get with him and send us pictures(in which we know the guy didnt come because no new sand was down and he wasnt on our security cameras). So we waited still received no pics so we called week after week left voicemails and all and still didnt receive a call back or anything. So yesterday(10/04/23)we called and sent a text message at 9 or 10am which was read at 11am but not responded to-we called from opening to 3pm left voicemail still no callback so I tells my wife to call from my other phone so guess what we get a answer after the 1st ring so she stated who she was and her address so again the lady says I will send pics of the sand filter being done as soon as Im done with this job that was at 4pm (we let her know that according to the cameras and not observing new sand that it was never done she still insists that it was done). So we waited and waited and waited now its 7:51 am 10/05/23 still no callback or pictures. We have been lied to over and over and over. This company is unprofessional and we feel like we are begging them to service us or at least receive the service that was paid for. If anyone know a good pool service please let me know! I have recorded conversations and text messages of everything that was promised to be done…"

"My mom and I were so greatful for into the blue. They were extremely helpful and so kind to help us with our pool. We had a bad situation with our pool and they were absolutely understanding and kind after having other companies in the area be rude and flat out refused to help us. We ended up having to get a new liner and they worked with us every step of the way and the job they did was fantastic. We were so lucky to have found them to help us. Mr and Mrs. Newman, the owners, are good, kind, hard working people and would recommend them over anyone else in the area."

"This company is Awesome, I called for pump repairs they came the next day to install a new pump motor, they worked me in their busy schedule to clean my pool that was green with Algae , after the pool would not clear up they decided I needed a drain and clean with new Sand and salt they came drained the pool in minimal time did some unforeseen repairs on the liner now we are adding the water. All in 5 hrs. They have 2 awesome people doing the work the young man Damion worked diligently to get the job done along with his Fiancé Maddie , I would recommend this company above all.all reasonable prices.
