"I will not be using Stand fast ever again in the future. The cleaning crew that came out to my residence did half of the job of a Deep Clean. The cleaning crew had to come back to my residence a second time and still did not complete the Deep Clean as described per Ms. Eli and the web site. I was told by Ms. Eli that I had 7 days to let the company know what was not completed. The service was rendered on 12/29/2023. My 7 days would have been up on 1/5/2024 or 1/6/2024 (with New Years Eve and day). Again today I expressed what was not done at the second cleaning and nothing was done but a 45$ off offer for a service that’ was over 400.00$… I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau on this. Hire at your own risk!"

"I'll start by saying that Elie was wonderful and has excellent customer service with scheduling and following up on questions I had. I purchased a deep cleaning for my home and what I received was definitely not quality work and was at best a standard cleaning with some areas lacking. They did not sweep, vacuum or mop in areas that was blocked with movable items such as a small rug, umbrella stand and rolling end tables. I found multiple areas that were left untouched and I ended up having to clean it myself. Some pics are included for examples but there were many more areas/things discovered after the fact. If I'm paying over $300 for a cleaning, I expect better quality. The company did offer a very small discount ($22) on the accepted quote. Definitely won't be using this company again. First impressions is a lasting impression."

"I do not recommend this company. I called and needed someone to come and do a deep clean/move out cleaning of our house that we listed for sale. Our house was by no means dirty, but it needed a good cleaning before we started showing the house. The cleaning company came out on a Monday morning arrived around 9 and left at 11:30. Upon arrival back to the house that evening I noticed many things that remained unclean that were supposed to be cleaned according to their list of things they clean. Many things were left untouched. I text Laura and notified her of these things.She asked me if she could direct her conversation to the realtor or property manager, I told her no, because I am the home owner and the one paying her she can direct all conversation to me. She told me a new cleaning crew would be back the following morning to resolve these issues. Upon coming back to the house the following day I again noticed many of the same issues were still uncleaned. Windows remained untouched, the refrigerator was untouched, window sills not cleaned, not a single base board was cleaned. I again reached out to Laura and she told me she notified our realtor to do a walk through when they were done cleaning but he was unable to. I informed her our realtor is not the one who makes any decisions regarding our house we do since we are the ones paying her. I told her the cleaning they did provide was not worth $400, and I was not going to pay that. She offered a 5% discount which took off $20. To me that was not sufficient. The company proceeded to charge my card I used for the deposit, without giving me the opportunity to pay the invoice myself. They are a predatory company who does not clean anywhere near what they should. Just keep looking and find someone else. Save your money do not waste your time."

"I was moving out of my rental and needed a full on move-out clean up. I spoke with someone who said they could get it done no problem. Unfortunately the day they needed to clean the water was turned off. I spoke with the cleaning crew on the phone and told them I can get it back on but they said no, they could find their own source of water and be able to complete the job. They called and informed me it was all completed. I went out the fallowing day after with my rental company to look it over and there was multiple things not even touched (I uploaded a few pictures below as there was many items not completed) I contacted the company to inform them of the issue and since the job was not done properly and now my rental company is going to charge me for their cleaning company to fix all of the mistakes. Stand Fast refused to refund my money back to me for their services even after I showed them pictures of the incompleted work."
